malfunctioning fanmediocre entertainment
I did find a couple of things disappointing. the lack of air conditioning was a problem. Only ceiling fans exist in the rooms. it became quite uncomfortable, especially during the hotter parts of the day. the evening entertainment also seemed amateurish. The performers seemed to be more entertained than the audience!

the location was central. david at the pool bar was fantastic (always smiling!). the animation team provided friendly entertainment. the sports facilities were very good.

the main restaurant provided a good food selection. the themed nights during the second week of my stay offered great variety. i especially liked the wood-fired pizzas that were available.

my double or twin room was spacious and comfortable enough. fresh towels were provided regularly . the cleaners worked tirelessly to keep the rooms tidy.

i found the outdoor restaurant convenient, it operated wednesday through sunday. the staff demonstrated amazing professionalism. the gym provided adequate facilities. the pools were amazing and well-kept. there were several activities for all ages.
the absence of air conditioning in the rooms was a minor inconvenience. it would have been nice to have some cooler air.
